The 4 coins I purchased were delivered in a timely manner and they were packaged beautifully. 3 of them arrived in their own unique carry containers and the 4th was well protected for it's journey. I would absolutely purchase form Gladius EDC again.

Two and a half years ago, a piece entered my life that I didn’t even know I was looking for.

I first saw it almost by accident, in a post from Alpaka. There was no detailed description, no story attached to it. Just an image. And yet, that was enough.
From the very first moment, I knew there was something special about it. Something that pulled me in without any logical explanation.

But I didn’t know what it was.
Or who made it.
Or where to find it.

That’s when a beautiful kind of obsession began: researching, asking questions, tracing profiles, going through dozens—maybe hundreds—of pages and Instagram accounts until I finally found the origin of that piece. The artist: Raffaele Salera. The brand: Gladius Files.

I reached out.
And to my surprise, it was Raffaele himself who replied.

The coins were sold out, he told me. But he also promised something that today means more to me than the object itself: “I’ll let you know when I release them again.”
And he kept his word.

When I was finally able to get one, it felt like I wasn’t just buying an object—I was closing a circle that had started long before. Holding it in my hand felt both strange and familiar at the same time, like reconnecting with something that had already been mine.

Since then, I haven’t been apart from it.
It travels with me.
It has aged with time.
It has lived what I have lived.

It’s not just the impeccable design, the perfect weight, or the incredible level of detail. It’s something harder to put into words: there was a click. An immediate connection. Today, this coin has become almost a talisman to me—a quiet reminder of intuition, patience, and the idea that some things arrive only when they know you’ll truly value them.

And thank you for reminding us that true luxury isn’t owning something rare, but feeling that a piece has chosen you.
